Almost 20% of&nbsp;cases are international in&nbsp;character. In addition to&nbsp;the best Polish lawyers there are a&nbsp;lot of&nbsp;foreign arbitration specialists on the List of&nbsp;Arbitrators. The Court handles ad hoc arbitration proceedings on the basis of&nbsp;the UNCITRAL Rules of&nbsp;Arbitration.
