We know that users require transparency in the work of CIAM and the arbitration tribunals working under its Rules but always ensuring the necessary confidentiality of arbitration proceedings. For this purpose we have recently amended our Rules of Arbitration, enhancing overall transparency in the process and allowing for a more efficient publication of non-confidential and anonymized awards.
