Not only does Nadia act as counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international commercial arbitrations, but she also conducts international litigations in Brazil and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, she acts as an expert on Brazilian law in proceedings before foreign courts and international arbitrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also authors one of the top books on private international law in Brazil, and her academic work is regularly used as a source of authority in court decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
