The Commercial Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CAC-CCIP)<\/a> and Jus Mundi<\/a> are delighted to announce a partnership to exclusively share non-confidential CAC-CCIP arbitration awards and related materials globally, for the benefit of the public good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the new partnership, Jus Mundi will host select CAC-CCIP non-confidential arbitration awards and related information, allowing the general public to search these materials using Jus Mundi\u2019s advanced AI-based platform and open research tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Speaking about the partnership, Mariana Fran\u00e7a Gouveia, President of the CAC-CCIP, stated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cCAC-CCIP\u2019s international growth and promotion of the Lusophone arbitration community, while upholding confidentiality and increasing business certainty, is of paramount importance.
