The Thailand Arbitration Center<\/a> and Jus Mundi<\/a> are delighted to announce an exclusive partnership to make non-confidential THAC arbitration awards and related THAC materials freely available globally, for the benefit of the public good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the partnership with THAC, Jus Mundi will host select THAC non-confidential arbitration awards and related information, allowing the general public to search for materials using Jus Mundi\u2019s advanced AI-based platform and open research tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Speaking about the partnership, Ms. Machimdhorn Khampiranont, Acting Manager of THAC<\/strong>, stated that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cTHAC is welcoming very exciting news in the growth of arbitration in the region by partnering with Jus Mundi. It is established by the Act of Arbitration Center B.E. 2550 (2007). The THAC was first founded and commenced its operation in 2015, intending to promote and strengthen the alternative dispute resolution system and services in Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
