The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration<\/a>\u00a0(SCCA) and Jus Mundi<\/a> are delighted to announce the beginning of an international partnership to make non-confidential SCCA arbitration materials freely available to the world for the benefit of the public good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership is the first of its kind in the MENA region, prioritizing confidentiality at all times while enhancing transparency where possible. In turn, the users of arbitration benefit and understand more about arbitration in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jus Mundi will host select SCCA non-confidential arbitration materials and information publicly, making materials searchable to the global public through Jus Mundi\u2019s advanced AI-based platform and research tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discussing the partnership, Dr. Hamed Merah, CEO of SCCA<\/strong>, stated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
