The Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry<\/a> (ACHCCI) and Jus Mundi<\/a> are delighted to announce a partnership to make ACHCCI arbitration materials more accessible globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ACHCCI and Jus Mundi formed the partnership following discussions on improving the global understanding of arbitration in Hungary by jointly increasing transparency while respecting confidentiality through publishing anonymized extracts of ACHCCI arbitral awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The partnership will improve access to these ACHCCI materials using Jus Mundi\u2019s advanced AI-based research tools, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of legal research conducted worldwide involving ACHCCI\u2019s materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Speaking about the partnership, Dr. J\u00e1nos Burai-Kov\u00e1cs<\/strong>, President of the ACHCCI, stated that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cJus Mundi is an entity well-known in the international environment that supports public access to justice using new technologies.
