The International Centre for Dispute Resolution<\/a>\u00ae<\/sup> (ICDR\u00ae<\/sup>), the international division of the American Arbitration Association\u00ae<\/sup> (AAA\u00ae<\/sup>), and Jus Mundi<\/a> are delighted to announce their agreement to make non-confidential ICDR international arbitration awards freely available to anyone on the planet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Under this agreement, Jus Mundi will provide unique access to select ICDR arbitration materials for free, to anyone in the world with an internet connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jus Mundi is delighted to join forces with the ICDR to improve access to these materials using Jus Mundi\u2019s advanced AI-powered research tools, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of legal research conducted worldwide and involving ICDR awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Speaking about the agreement, Eric P. Tuchmann<\/strong>, SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the AAA-ICDR, stated that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe ICDR believes the international legal and business community will benefit substantially from the availability of select international arbitration awards.
