Jus Mundi is delighted to be supporting the <strong>first<\/strong> Eastern European investment arbitration moot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participants will have access throughout the competition until <strong>March 28, 2021<\/strong>. Additionally, the winner &amp; runner-up teams will get 1-year access to Jus Mundi Legal Research. All participants have already received the instructions to sign up on Jus Mundi. New participants will also receive access upon registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Help Center for EEFI moot<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jusmundi.com\/en\/articles\/4611437-eastern-european-foreign-investment-moot-court-competition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About the EEFI moot<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>The EEFI Moot runs under the auspices of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/postgraduate-society-of-kyiv-mohyla-academy-b36a441ba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Postgraduate Society of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year\u2019s moot problem is an investment dispute based on historical facts and adapted to the legal community&#8217;s contemporary legal framework and issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/irynacontact\/?originalSubdomain=ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Iryna Glushchenko<\/a> (Associate, Aequo,&nbsp; Senior Lecturer, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy) prepared the case-study in cooperation with the <a href=\"https:\/\/salomeamuseum.lviv.ua\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Solomiya Krushelnytska Musical Memorial Museum in Lviv<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/discover-ukraine.info\/places\/kyiv\/kyiv\/169\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the Bohdan and Varvara Khanenko National Museum of Arts<\/a> with assistance from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/myroslav-vovk-23ab92191\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Volodymyr Maslov<\/a>.
