The International Bar Association<\/a> & Jus Mundi<\/a> have launched a worldwide collaborative partnership<\/a> to collect non-confidential commercial arbitration awards and make them easily accessible to the global arbitration community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The IBA x Jus Mundi Partnership is the first collaborative initiative to address the global inaccessibility issue in commercial arbitration.
